Just like his daddy, "Carlos" has been personable since day one. Always ready when you are - he's there to comply with anything you ask of him, and is now being started under saddle. Since the first ride he has obliged to every request made of him with no arguement and progresses nicely. He moves softly and has a very comfortable ride. He is also soft in the mouth as well and is responsive to the lightest touch. With his cow-bred parents it is certainly in his cards to make a top tie-down and/or heel horse. His older full sister is currently burning up a set of poles and will make her debut in barrel futurities in 2009. Carlos has well established ground manners, having been handled since birth. He does all the usual tasks - farrier, bath, clip, cross ties, lunge, tie, fly spray and loads in a trailer. Current on all vaccinations and wormed regularly. All that is left for you to do is decide which event you want him trained for and get busy! Video available upon request, additional photos available via email.
